Here are some of the panels we’re excited for:
Wonder Woman 1984
The Flash
Suicide Squad (with appearance by James Gunn)
The Snyder Cut of Justice League
Black Adam
Aquaman
Shazam!
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League (Rocksteady Game)
The Batman
Wonder Woman 1984
The cast of Wonder Woman 1984 joins director Patty Jenkins to talk about their experience working on set. It’s so great to finally see the cast together (sort of) to talk about the film. Since DC Fandome, WW84 has been delayed to December 2020. As Patty Jenkins continues to point out that this movie is meant for the big screen, I will patiently wait for its theatrical release. Here’s to hoping they’ll show it at drive-in theaters as wel!
During the panel, an exclusive trailer was shown and we finally get to see Kristen Wiig as Cheetah. I think it’s a great mix between what we’ve seen in the comics with a little bit of Chitara from Thunder Cats throw in. Loved the look of Cheetah and the trailer, and can’t wait to see the showdown between Diana and Barbara.
The Batman
The internet couldn’t stop talking about The Batman trailer. The fact that they were able to give us a trailer with the film being only 25% finished is impressive. The trailer gave us a glimpse at Hush/Riddler, The Penguin, and Catwoman. And of course, the highly anticipate Robert Pattinson in the Batsuit. Soon after production resumed on The Batman, the actor was tested positive for COVID-19 and production was halted for the time being.
DC Fandome Part 2
DC Fandome Part 2 took place on September 12th focusing more on its TV lineup, including a panel for Batwoman season 2. We finally got to see Javicia Leslie interact with her cast. Leslie was cast to play the titular hero after Ruby Rose exited the show and will be playing a new character named Ryan Wilder, who is described as likeable, messy, a little goofy, and untamed. The panel also showed clips of Javicia’s athleticism. Overall, it was a great panel to watch and made me very excite for season 2 of Batwoman.
