Geek Fashion For Fall Season

Pumpkin Spiced Lattes have arrived, and the weather has start to cool down (though we’ve still got 80+ degrees in LA). Fall is here and one of my favorite geek fashion brands has you covered this fall. Elhoffer Design has been releasing a ton of new pieces for pre-order as well as another collaboration with Unique Vintage.
Since many of Elhoffer’s new pre-order pieces are knit, that’s what I’ll be focusing on in this post. But don’t sleep on the capes and wrap dresses, they are gorgeous and ultra comfortable.

Galatic Snips Sheath Knit Dress

Inspired by our favorite Tagrutan - this knit body con dress features the distinct markings of her headtails in blue and white. It should be noted that this dress doesn’t have pockets. Shocker, I know! However, due to the fitted design of this dress, pockets simply didn’t work.
I love my Snips Longline Cape and am very excited to see another Snips design from Elhoffer.

Marvelous Mischief Shell

I have been a fan of every Mischief piece by Elhoffer Design. I was even lucky enough to get my hands on the Mischief sheath dress (now sold out). You may have seen the stunning Mischief cape that dropped earlier which is available for pre-order, but I get it, sometimes our jobs doesn’t allow us don a fabulous cape for the office. The latest addition to the Mischief collection is the Marvelous Mischief Shell. It’s a pull-over sleeveless sweater top with a wide boat neck. This top is perfect for the fall, for any occasion. You can dress it up with a skirt and accessories or keep it casual and pair it with your favorite denim. This piece is currently on pre-order but DON’T SLEEP ON THIS! The Mischief pieces have always been popular and as of right now the large size is already sold out.

Marvelous Spiderweb Knit Skirt

If you think the knit shell tops are comfy, wait till you try on the knit skirt. Perfect for summer or fall and uber stretchy. This red and black piece is available for pre-order on the website! And yes, it’s got pockets. I really glad they added these knit skirts to their variety of skirts. This style is the shortest of all the skirts but it’s still at a length where it’s ok to wear for work or school.

Elhoffer Design x Unique Vintage

This isn’t the first time Elhoffer Design and Unique Vintage teamed up for a collaboration. We saw the princess cardigans and the retro cardigans inspired by Toy Story earlier this year. Just in time for the Fall, 2 new knit cardigans are now available - Broken Rag Doll Knit Crop Cardigan and Black Pinstripe Nighmare Crop Cardigan . I especially love the fluttery sleeves on the Rag Doll cardigan. Pick these up for the perfect Disneybound piece.
