Long Beach Comic Con Fashion Show (2017)
As the popularity of geek fashion grows, more and more geek fashion shows are taking place at comic conventions, and Long Beach Comic Con was not about to be left out. During this year's LBCC, 6 designers showcased their prized pieces. The designers includes 1138 Clothing, A Red Thread, Commons Only, Miss Alphabet, His Little Kitten, and Frakkin Frocks (Her Universe Fashion Show Audience Choice Winner 2016).
The designs ranged from DC to Marvel, Star Wars to Game of Thrones.

The fashion show wasn't the only place showcasing geek-inspired apparel. I spotted Hero Within on the convention floor and am completely blown away at their design. For the most part, geek fashion for men have been graphic tees with a superhero logo on it. Hero Within is changing the game by integrating the design of your favorite superhero into the clothes itself. It's sophisticated and subtle.
